Baj Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

Baj (https://baj-jit.com) is an online Sports Betting platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between baj and its users. By accessing the baj website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. For any language-related ambiguity, baj's support team is available to help. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using baj.

To register and use baj's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. A national ID or passport may be required to verify your age at the time of registration.
• One Person, One Account: Each individual may register only one account. Multiple family members sharing the same device may maintain separate accounts, though supporting proof may be required.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. baj reserves the right to suspend any account found to have been registered with false details.
• Permitted Regions: Your location is not in a country where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Email & Phone: A valid email address and mobile number are mandatory. OTP verification must be completed.

Keeping your baj account secure is your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below to protect your account:

• Keep your password strong — use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your password with anyone.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi or on shared devices.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — it significantly improves the security of your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately to support@baj-jit.com.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. baj is not liable for any misuse of your account by a third party, unless it is proven to have resulted from a technical fault on baj's end.

Baj supports multiple payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. The following rules apply to all payment transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (Three Hundred Taka).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred Taka).
• Supported Payment Methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal Time: For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Transaction Fees: baj does not charge any transaction fees. However, fees may apply from your payment provider.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting. Using a baj account for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Baj offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following rules apply to claiming and using bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new registered users only, once per account. Only one welcome bonus is permitted per account.
• Wagering Requirement: Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount by a specified multiplier (typically 5x to 10x). Terms differ for each offer.
• Bonus Betting Limit: The maximum bet amount may be limited when wagering with bonus funds.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false information is strictly prohibited. In such cases, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Cashback: Cashback bonuses can be withdrawn directly, though your betting history will be reviewed.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on baj:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match or event is postponed.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time your bet is submitted are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your bet.
• Match Cancelled: If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: baj reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of a technical issue during bet processing.
• Maximum Win: Maximum winnings per bet may be subject to a cap. Separate limits apply to accumulator bets.
• Live Betting: baj reserves the right to void bets placed late in live betting.

Baj is committed to offering fair and transparent odds at all times. If a bet is accepted at erroneous odds, baj reserves the right to void that bet and refund the relevant amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baj. Any account found engaging in them will be closed immediately:

• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a predetermined match outcome.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same identity, particularly to claim bonus benefits.
• Bonus Hunting: Creating accounts solely to claim bonuses and systematically abusing the bonus system.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to generate risk-free profit.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illegal funds through baj.
• Automated Software: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Account Sale: Selling or transferring your account to another person.

Baj is a firm believer in responsible betting. We want our users to enjoy betting as a healthy form of entertainment.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: If needed, you can temporarily self-exclude your account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: You can set periodic reminders to track how long you have been betting.
• To prevent minors from accessing the platform, we recommend using parental control software.

Baj reserves the right to close or suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• When fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

You can close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to you.
